Game changing the pediatric mental health space
Here's an understatement: raising kids isn’t easy. Finding the support you need when challenges arise is even harder. Little Otter Health already had an incredible, supportive care team -- but were looking for someone to design an on-boarding flow that set everyone up for success.
Being the first design hire meant figuring out on-boarding, the patient intake process, and an intuitive dashboard, all while being deliberate in the research/data/problem-focused design process precedents I was establishing. My work included designing assessments that helped parents understand their child's distinct strengths, using brand, copy, motion in support of a calm, trust-building experience.. and, most important of all, contributing to a lot of otter puns.
